Just got a drawing tablet and this is my first in computer block in. It’s a block in because I have no idea how to get a smooth enough and intuitive enough flow to do a continuous line with this thing. I think it’s…okay. Here’s to a hundred more.
This is kind of becoming my, relearning to draw blog.
This was a block in, which is pretty different from previous studies, which were continuous line. The point of a block in is if you’re planning on doing a more rendered drawing afterward, but I did it as a study.
The extra anatomy is just to make the kiddies cry.

This is okay. I do better with bunched up forms because there are more cues between parts as to where goes what. This kind of spread eagle pose…well, I just need to do a bunch more before they start looking good. Reference was some pic on the internet.
I chose this image because the woman had nice hips, a good step down from waist to hip to thigh.

Fantasy of Silence
I once dated a girl who told the most elaborately pointless stories. She would go on and on and after a few minutes I would realize that the story had no point, that she was just doing her OCD thing of filling in every detail and following every thread. It was at those points that I would wish to fuck she would shut up because I actually had shit I wanted to talk about, in reasonably sized sentences. I developed a fantasy which consisted mainly of her shutting the fuck up.
I became so starved for interaction within that relationship that I got sexually excited by the idea of her being quiet. Hell, it still gets me excited to this day to think of her, sitting quietly.
It was a control fantasy, a response to something I couldn’t control. I liked her, for the most part, but her incessant chattering about absolutely nothing was smothering. So I came up with a way to deal through fantasy.
Oddly, she was the most articulate woman I’ve ever gone down on. She knew exactly what she wanted me to do down there and I learned a good bit from her which was put to good use later.
This is a decent study. It’s not perfect. For some reason my brain had no interest in focusing while I was doing this so some of the proportions are flubbed but this mini-blog is too wordy so here’s a picture.
I was not trying to make a “good” picture here. I was just trying to observe and record.
